Headcanon: corrupt godfather Ramsay encountered a hungry vampire named Jon while hunting for his parish in the deep woods. He offered to be Jon’s blood slave and adopts this persona which had a miserable childhood to gain Jon’s sympathy and resonance (Jon also had a rather unpleasant childhood). The nature of their relationship sways between master-servant and soulmates-lovers. But all the affections Ramsay displayed are fake as he only wants Jon to turn him in to a vampire. Ramsay coaxes (andthreatens) Jon to give him immortality. Jon, who well understand the pain of being immortal refuses. Ramsay decides to kill his master with the Christian cross and gains immortality through extracting Jon’s venom. However after he actually did it and lived as a vampire for a few years, the spiritual alienation and physical confinement (unable to bath the sunshine and have s3x etc) which comes with immortality almost drived him mad. He begins to miss Jon, who once really understood him. He stayed this way for decades until one day a vampire hunter who looks exactly like Jon Snow knocked on his door...
